The authors keep their domain of study very abstract. How prevalent are these online mentoring relationships? Some examples would have been quite useful.

The authors appreciate the reviewer’s thoughtful comments. Although it seems to be very abstract, social mentoring network has gained much attention in South Korea in very recent years. It is not a standalone service/platform, but denotes a mentoring groups in a social networking site (i.e., Facebook, Cyworld) where any subscribed members are able to discuss their own concerns about personal career development, including job search, major selection, or human resource management as protégés. Also, individuals having noble ethics positioned at higher social or professional classes have been observed to aid those people who need aids or advices. They participate in the social mentoring network as mentor in order to seek their moral norms. However, issues regarding the mentor are not addressed in this work in detail due to the out of scope for the present work. The authors believe that the feature of social mentoring network in this study is well documented in the section of Introduction and the footnote presented in pp.3.
